Mr.

Ordered mesh samples and received what is pictured. No refund or replacement offered. Took my money and only offer a "sorry" about my luck. Against my better judgement I went forward and placed an order. What's the status of my order? I have no idea. No one said anything to me and my case has simply been closed. My only guess is my order wasn't big enough for them to start out. If you struggle with little squares of metal and customer service don't be surprised if your customers want to check out actual build quality before spending any significant money with you. If you're willing to throw money at people who steal from you and ignore your requests for business... this is the place for you. Otherwise, there's other options out there.

Mr.

I ordered the 12 x 12 1000 micron sheet and it arrived exactly as described. I would definitely order from Arorfab again. The initial shipping charge was high, but Arborfab came back with a rebate that made it reasonable.
